The United Damned - Ranks :: All the information you'll need to know about our custom ranks and promotions.

<b>Alpha</b>: There is only one Alpha, and should be treated with the utmost respect. The Alpha is the owner of the clan, and will always have the final word in making it what it is.

<b>Beta</b>: It's not that the Beta can do anything in the clan, it's the responsibility of the Beta to do everything. The beta is the co-owner of the clan, and should be treated as the Alpha is. The Beta is chosen by the Alpha, governed by the Alpha, and replaced by the Alpha whenever fit.

<b>Gamma</b>: Graphic Designer, Video Developer, Contributor, Multimedia Developer, Web Developer. The Gamma staff work on the the clan and the website of the clan. The reason this is so high is these permissions are about the appearance of the clan from the perspective of a non-member, and administration controls can only be trusted to those who won't set fire to the clan.

<b>Delta</b>: Director and Director-General. The Delta's main task is to govern the future of the clan.

<b>Sentinel</b>: In-Game Overseer, Forum Moderator, and Manager. Sentinels moderate the clan and report statistics of overall activity in the clan.

<b>Superior</b>: Officers that are this high are watched closely to see if they're staff material. Achieving this rank? Sorry, no hints this time!

<b>Trooper</b>: Officers that do more than their job or have amassed a multitude of positions as officers are the only officers that can hold a rank of Trooper.

<b>Officer</b>: Officers can gain ranks too. It does not increase their power, but their deserved respect.

<b>Advocate</b>: Officers are not administrators, but are assigned to duties. A general example being a division or sub-division commander. Officers only rank authority over members they are in charge of.

<b>Major</b>: Veterans that remain active and decent can retain a Major Veteran rank. It's respectable and worth mention even when throwing your weight around the high ranked members.

<b>Senior</b>: Veterans this rank are more than just veterans, they're Veterans of quality.

<b>Veteran</b>: Veterans can still gain promotions to show for their quality of a member.

<b>Elder</b>: Veterans have to be in the clan for at least 3 years and either have retired from staff or officer position or never been one. Members that meet the requirements can apply to join the Veteran ranks by filling out a form.

<b>Elite</b>: Staff members admire this rank.

<b>Guardian</b>: There is not much that will make you deserve this position. When you have single-handedly handed the clan its next existence, you may have this rank.

<b>Patron</b>: In order to attain this rank, you must have surpassed many, many accomplishments. Consider becoming Warrior rank, and then deserving a promotion.

<b>Warrior</b>: The entry into the high ranks. It is an honor to both the member AND the clan to have had any members this devoted. Even higher ranks than this are just syrup on the waffles.

<b>Slaughterer</b>: The very top of the upper ranks. A member of this rank has been in the clan well over two years and shown to be worth reward.

<b>Executioner</b>: The deadliest of any rank thus far. Executioners have to have completed many feats to have gotten this far. Ranks aren't even the concern of someone by this point, as it's more important just being in the clan.

<b>Exterminator</b>: This rank is awarded to those who outshine the expectations of an Eliminator, which is something to be proud of.

<b>Eliminator</b>: The upper ranks are not received, they're earned. The Eliminators have shown more than participation, and stand out from the crowd on a regular enough basis to need a better rank than average.

<b>Butcher</b>: The captain of the middle ranks is a title that is not handed out quickly. Being the person who can get this far in the ranks should be decent enough to open the door to the high ranks.

<b>Slayer</b>: Without any special promotions, a perfect member takes a whole year to achieve this rank. That alone should describe the dedication required to get this far in the first place.

<b>Scout</b>: The first rank that takes more than time to receive. From Scouts on out, it is required of you to play a consistent major role in whatever corner of the clan you coincide.

<b>Hunter</b>: The entrance to the middle ranks. Hunters have shown dedication to the clan for a considerable amount of time and deserve recognition from their lower ranks.

<b>Brawler</b>: The last of the low ranks. One more step and you'll be in the ranks of the truly respectable.

<b>Fighter</b>: This rank takes a long time to achieve, but nears the end of the ranks where it doesn't take more than dedication.

<b>Battler</b>: Typically, it takes eight months to get this far. Battlers that have been with us for as shorter time than that are likely to have a bright future in the clan.

<b>Bruiser</b>: The entry rank of the low ranks. Also the first rank to not have an incriminating name.

<b>Amateur</b>: The best of the very low ranks. It's not far from here until you have a new rank color.

<b>Colt</b>: Almost the best of the very low ranks. Soon to be promoted to Amateur.

<b>Greenhorn</b>: A few months of dedication alone are enough to get you this far.

<b>Novice</b>: The first ranks out of the newbie area. This rank is required to receive any earnings won from a clan sponsored event.

<b>Rookie</b>: The first rank you are likely to earn.

<b>Recruit</b>: The rank you earn for being accepted into the clan

Apply for Veteran ranks

You must meet these requirements and then fill out the provided form.

Experience: You must have been in the clan for at least 3 years since you've been accepted. Club time doesn't count.
Devotion: It's require that you're sure that you'll be active in the clan for the next 6 months.
Rank: You must at least be Butcher [1-F] or officer or staff member.

Once a member has reached the middle ranks
(orange colored), they won't get promotions as
often as before. It takes much more devotion and achievements to earn promotions once you're into
the middle ranks and above.
